A Taste of Spring

We arrived at MacGregor Point Provincial Park around 12:15 pm today.  Although it doesn't officially arrive until Sunday, Spring is in the air.  Lots of mud and still plenty of snow, particularly amongst the trees and beside the roads.  Daytime temperature +5 degrees Celsius.

"Winter Warriors" Mike and Andrea (site 89) have already removed their winter tarp and are busy dismantling the supporting superstructure.  A Class A rental RV from Gananoque was seen scouting out a good campsite.   A unique A-frame style trailer is on site # 65.  The snow fort on site 54 will soon be gone (see Feb 19 posting).

Lots of birds, red squirrels, etc.
